I am writing this reference for the works carried out by Artisan, Pauls building company. All work was carried out in a clean tidy manner. The quote I was given originally was accurate and costs were maintained. The standard of finish was excellent and Paul's workers were very polite. The company was reliable and no task was too big or small. Paul was able to offer me various solutions to any queriesI had in terms of design and finish. The work was finished well on time and I was very pleased with the result.

The work carried out complied with all building regulations and Paul was able to deal direct with any external contractors including following coucils reccomendations, structural plans, structural engineer calculations and other traders I had employed direct like the electrician. This was very helpful and as a direct result of Paul's input the renovationwent smoothly.

Jobs done by Paul's company included:

• Plumbing
• Joinery, including: Doors, Joists, Cupboards and Staircase
• Attic conversion including chimney removal and steel work
• Complete re-fit of bathroom including tiling
• Plastering

I would have no problem in recommending Paul's work and would not think twice about meing his company again for any building work I required.

We have recently had a new kitchen installed by Artisan Builders and would have no hesitation in using their services again for any work at our property.

Paul O'Connor and his team worked extremely hard and carried out the work in a professional and competent manner. As well as the kitchen fittings, the project required 3 new windows to be installed, the removal of an external door, creation of a new suspended ceiling, installation of a new radiator, as well as all the associated plumbing and electrical work. All of this was delivered on time and with attention to detail. I would add that after sales service has also been second to none – we needed attention to a small leak on the radiator and the response was immediate.

I have provided some photographs of the kitchen which will help you to appreciate the extent of the works carried out. We are extremely satisfied with the results and would certainly recommend Paul and his team to you for projects of a similar nature.
